If you then click on the link for fiend, it takes you to the Wikipedia page for Demon! Looks like we have Incubus, in the correct category.
So why does Incubus exist? Well again, if you have looked at the link above, this Demon Character, is in folklore, and mythology. Why we are not sure yet, except, Demons being lustful goes back to the beginning of human history; thus, knowledge of Incubus situations, would end up in the storytelling of the early centuries.
Nephilim for example, may be the gods in the stories told by the Greeks, in Greek Mythology.
Fiend in male form, meaning Demon in male form, suggests that Demons take the form of what they wish.
