Paranormal returns as Merri gets a turn in this practice episode. Parent oddities, uncertain health issues, miscalculated conclusions, all leading to the unpredictable outcome of being sensitive to the spirit world. This splattering of thoughts, a mind blender, takes us through a prequal of what will lead to episodes about Merri’s spirit encounters, a haunted house that she lives in that alone has about thirty stories to share and then the story of our father who had similar challenges as Merri which ended in an early departure.
All the while sharing her faith and unique perspective.
This could be a two-parter but for now we leave it intact because it is a truly one longer episode without actually having a distinct break to separate it as two episodes. Soon maybe we will have fun trying to break it into two pieces.
A continued theme is that “This might be a practice episode,” keeps us from pursuing it as two episodes at this point.
Also, we know we want to revisit the key tops she discusses, so thus, less reason to fix this original file.

I really enjoyed listening to this.
The intro music. Very cool choice.
The sound of it wasn’t blaring. It felt normal.
Like you had thought, at least to me.
And your voice was good. Sounding very professional quality of sound and picked up your voice well, like with Judy.
Merris’s voice was a little different. Like you said “fuzzy” …but could hear her good enough.
Dunno if it’s her phone?
Like, why is it this way here, but not with Judys call. Merri herself is not fuzzy sounding when she talks 😆
And you have excellent equipment.
I really enjoyed it. I hoped you would keep going as I was listening cause it was so good.

Feelings of religious trauma. With Merri talking about mom. I felt that too. Us thinking Jesus would come any moment, and we possibly wouldn’t get to experience having a family etc.
I know she was doing what felt right to her at the time.
