Bingo! Sea Lion Caves, welcome to the Eruption!

If you don’t get down the Oregon Coast that often, you will want to check out the Oregon Caves. It is truly unique with a wide variety of ocean themed gifts, free fudge samples, great socks, and an elevator down to America’s largest Sea Cave, with animals in their natural cave habitat.

Bigfoot Eruption visited in August 2019, with our friends from Denmark. In September 2019, Heidi Fuchs, of Corvallis, Oregon, visited with her family and did go down into the Sea Cave. Amazing pictures are below. Note: since all the Sea Lions were out to sea when they went below the earth to view them, Sea Lion Caves gave them a future free visit. We like that! You buy your tickets in the gift shop.

As you will see in the photos, after taking the elevator down to the view of the Sea Lions, you can take stairs up higher into the cavern for a surprise view of other unexpected things.
