Every year, we know of a brother-in-law who finds a Bigfoot gift and Bigfoot card for us, at Bartell Drugs. As you can see they have many locations in and around the Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane area. You can also see they have seasonal Bigfoot items. Look for sales after each season.
The Bigfoot section will be up one of the aisles, and sometimes as an end cap.

You can find shirts like this one, but you have to look, and perhaps check back as their stock does seem to be seasonal. For example, Kristen Ness, of Albany, Oregon, found this one north of Seattle, back in the Fall of 2018, football season, and it is unlikely to find it there in later seasons. This means fresh stock is common. Also, each store will not have identical stock, of all Bigfoot items.
