Interpretation:
“When the truth showed up, they were not willing to change their minds because they filled in the blanks already with their own understanding.”
“If it doesn’t make sense then say, “I don’t know, and move on. Maybe you will get it next time you read it.”
“If God is not ready for you to understand it, then you won’t.”
And, if it makes sense don’t look for another meaning. Be constrained by the text. Use the constraining, as a tool.
” Symbols will be interrupted by the scripture itself.”
