We met Alan at what must have been our first visit to sQuatch Fest in Pasco/Longview, Washington, 2021. We say this because they don’t allow the woo-woo guests anymore.
The year we met Allan we stood up and said, “The Paranormal is just science that has not been discovered yet.” They appreciated this as his father-in-law, Ron Meyer, gave us a nod. We said it because many were treating them with skepticism.
During the Friday debate session, it was awkward as the Apers on the panel were having a hard time with Alan’s woo-woo.
. David Paulides was there and was the Saturday Finale, and he got conspiratorial, which we loved, but he received death threats later and was not invited back the next year.
Alan was really nice.
