Descriptions initially not pinpointing if rogue or a clan member. Third interview was a quick two step road crossing which makes us think of a hypothesis that only mischievous juveniles do this either as a dare, or a test to learn our reaction. Not rogue behavior because a rogue crossing seems like an organized event to us verses a rogue Bigfoot that would be in hiding and simply kill you for food.
