This Bigfoot statue with a moving arm, is near the Tidelands Resort. It’s location is right next to a Tidelands Resort sign.
The initial tip was found by watching Cliff Barackman’s – Bigfoot Roadtrip DVD, as Cliff and his comrades were Bigfooting up the Washington coast.
