Imagine the Yeti is an Abominable Snowman version of Bigfoot; image, by Bigfoot Eruption Discord Mid-Journey.
Research shows (hikers, researchers, military, holy men) that the Yeti makes its home in the regions surrounding the Himalayas. This is a strategic place for them. Based on what we are learning about Giants getting as far away from Humans as possible, it makes sense. May as well because it is hard for humans to get up that high, but not too hard for the Yeti to trek down to the jungles when needed.
Russell Acord in Episode One of Expedition Bigfoot (Travel Channel or Travel Chanel Go App and now Discovery Plus) said that Bigfoot Creatures go where man will not go, and this is usually up, up, up high.
If the Himalayas, were the Yeti Highway, then that would impact these countries:
Afghanistan
Bhutan
China
India
Nepal
Pakistan
What about Tibet? Tibet is just north of Nepal, so close enough!
What about Russia and Mongolia, who also have Yeti sightings? This means that the Yeti makes its way – away from the Himalayas. The great expanse of wild-lands in Russia/Siberia, must help to make it possible.
Is the Yeti as diverse as Bigfoot? Some have said that the Yeti is its own Category, separate from Bigfoot. This could mean that the Mongolian and Russian Yeti are different than the Himalayan version. Related, but different.
There have been a few sightings on Mount Shasta, California. What? OK, we have a lot to learn about the Yeti.

We lean towards the idea that the Yeti look even more human than Bigfoot? Why? Because history shows the Edomites were chased out of the Holy Lands by the Romans and others, for being “different.” Harry and different! They and the Yeti would have this in common; the need to be like hermits in the high places. We could be wrong, but just connecting the dots, the clues.
